1 October 2025: Once again this year, our Dario Zaccariotto, together with his colleagues Alfonso Sara and Cesare Nanti, is organising and directing the City of Jesolo Backgammon Tournament, which kicked off yesterday evening at the Atlantico Hotel and will continue until Sunday 5 October. The results and photos of the event will soon be available on this website.

July 2025: We are delighted to announce that Australis, a game by Alex Zucchini and Leo Colovini magnificently produced by Kosmos, has won the UK Games Expo People's Choice General Award 2025! Not only that, it also won the Best Dice Game of the Judges Choice Awards!
10 July 2025: Dario De Toffoli was invited as a speaker at the Board Game Research Meeting, where he spoke about the genesis, history, evolution, impact and prospects of the Premio Archimede.
June 2025: Gloomies by Filippo Landini has won the top prize at Austria's Spiel der Spiele 2025! Published as a result of its participation in the Premio Archimede and beautifully produced by Ravensburger, Gloomies emerged as the game the committee liked best, for its rich mix of interaction, planning and a bit of luck.
4 May 2025: Leo Colovini guest of honour at Venezia Comics, with an exhibition of his best-loved games, which it was also possible to play. Dario De Toffoli and Andrea Angiolino also dialogue with him.
April 2025: registration for the Premio Archimede 2025 has just closed and a new record has been set: 246 games have been entered, from 16 countries and 4 continents! Many games will make it to the finals to be tested by the international publishers, who have already reached 26!
